Takahiko Toyosawa, president of Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1868, will share valuable stories about the commitment to sake of Nara and the secret behind its delicious taste, as well as enjoy the food specially prepared for the event by the Nara Hotel, which was born as the “guest house of Kansai” and has a 100-year history. You can taste the special marriage of Japanese sake and Japanese cuisine, which has its roots in Nara.

Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. is a brewery in Nara that has taken on the challenge of let sake listen to classical music during the fermentation process.
At the welcome reception of the 7th UNWTO Gastronomy Tourism World Forum held in December 2022, “Naon” was served to participants from Japan and abroad, and received high praise. Enjoy a special dinner with performances by members of the Japan National Orchestra, which is based in Nara and was formed by world-famous musician Kyohei Sorita, who won the second prize at the Chopin Competition.
